Pasta with Pine Nuts and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 12 ounces pasta
- 3 tablespoons Fustini’s Rosemary Olive Oil
- 2/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 2/3 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes (about 3 ounces)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (about 1 1/2 ounces)
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta well. Add Fustini&rsquo,s Rosemary Olive Oil to a large skillet. Add the toasted pine nuts and sun-dried tomatoes, stirring over high heat until the nuts are just warmed through, about 1 minute. Add pasta to the skillet. Add the chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese, and then toss to blend. Season pasta to taste with salt and pepper.
