Philly Cheesesteak Foil Packs

Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Organic Tuscan Herb spice blend
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Garlic olive oil
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- chopped fresh parsley to garnish
- toasted rolls/buns for serving
- For Keto version - serve on butter lettuce leaves

Directions
- Heat grill to medium-high, or oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, toss together steak, peppers, onion, garlic, Fustini's Tuscan Seasoning and olive oil with salt and pepper. Place mixture in foil packets. Fold up ends to seal and grill or bake for 10 minutes.
- Toast rolls on the grill (if using) 3-4 minutes. Open packs, top with provolone cheese and heat for 2 more minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve on rolls.
