Ingredients
- 1/2 onion, small diced
- 2 oz. capers
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons Fustini's Gremolata olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Fustini's Citrus Oregano balsamic
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- ¼ cup parsley
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions
- In a large saucepan begin to sweat onions and garlic in olive oil. Add capers and begin to sweat. Add flour and slightly cook to create a roux. Add chicken stock and balsamic and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Add parsley right before serving.
