Prosciutto Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Organic "Leftovers" pasta
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Delicate SELECT olive oil
- 6 slices prosciutto, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Fustini's Ligure Pesto

Directions
- Bring a large pot with salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, olive oil, prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, and pesto. Mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with parmesan cheese before serving.
Recipe Note
Substitute your favorite herb-infused olive oil.
