Puff Pastry Cups with Blueberry and Cream Cheese

- 3 tablespoons blueberry jam or preserves
- 1 tablespoon Fustini’s Cara Cara Vanilla balsamic
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 3 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 package puff pastry cups, frozen
- 1 egg, 1 tablespoon water combined

- Preheat the oven to 450. Place puff pastry cups on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush outside edge with egg wash. Fill centers of cups with 1-2 tablespoons of blueberry jam. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool for at least 15 minutes.
