Ingredients
- 2 cups quinoa
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil
- 1 yellow onion, large dice
- 1 bulb kohlrabi, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 teaspoons Fustini's Ginger and Honey Balsamic
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

- Place quinoa in a pot and cover well with water. Bring to a boil and cook until quinoa is just tender and develops a visible ring around the outside. Drain quinoa and reserve
- Heat,oil in a large sauté, pan, add onion and cook until golden. Add kohlrabi, capers, and ginger honey balsamic and stir to combine.
- Mix together the quinoa with the kohlrabi and onions, season to taste and garnish with cilantro.
