Ramen Coleslaw Salad

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Fustini's Ginger and Honey balsamic
- 3 tablespoons Fustini’s Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 pound shredded cabbage (or Cole Slaw mix)
- 1/2 pound baby carrots, cut lengthwise into matchsticks
- 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
- 1 package of ramen noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon Fustini’s Chipotle Olive Oil

Directions
- Place the shredded cabbage and the matchstick carrots in a large bowl. Combine the balsamic with the Sesame oil to emulsify, then pour over the cabbage and carrot mixture. Mix well.
- Sauté, the green onion in olive oil, add the Ramen Noodles and sesame seeds, stirring just until they brown. Combine the noodles with the cabbage mixture, then serve.
