Ravioli Caprese Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound small cheese ravioli (or tortellini)
- 1 pint of heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz pearl mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/3 cup of Fustini's Basil Crush olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
- Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fustini's 18 Year Traditional, for garnish

Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and rinse under cold water. Place in a large bowl and add tomatoes, mozzarella balls, basil, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss to combine. Drizzle with dark balsamic before serving.
Recipe Note
Substitute your favorite herb-infused olive oil or white balsamic.
