Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of Fustini's Garlic olive oil (Persian Lime olive oil or Chipotle olive oil are great substitutes)
- 1/2 teaspoon Fustini's Iron Fish Honey vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 12-ounce package frozen shelled edamame, thawed and drained
- salt to taste

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, stir together the first 7 ingredients (all but the edamame and salt) until mixed well. Add edamame and toss until evenly coated. Spread mixture in a single layer on an ungreased rimmed baking sheet. Roast uncovered 12 minutes. Remove from oven and salt lightly to taste. NOTE: Refrigerate leftovers to use in salads and for snacks.
