Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage head
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Iron Fish Honey vinegar

- Slice the cabbage in half and, with the cut-side down. Remove the core and slice it as thinly as possible into shreds. Heat a cast iron or a large saute pan over medium-high heat with olive oil. Add the cabbage, salt, and pepper and saute for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and begins to brown. (optional - turn off the heat and pour in vinegar.) Stir and serve warm
