Sautéed Morels

Ingredients
- 1 lb morels, sliced lengthwise and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Garlic olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste

- Heat oil and butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add morels and shallots and saute until tender (about 5-7 minutes). Add Worcestershire sauce and saute for an additional 1-2 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve these morels as a simple side dish, or top your favorite burger!
