- 1 package (14 ounces) of coleslaw mix

- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons Fustini's Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 6 hoagie buns
- Sriracha mayonnaise, optional
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Fustini's Ginger Crush olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Fustini's Ginger & Honey balsamic
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons Iron Fish honey
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon Farmstyle Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, optional
Ingredients
Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette
Directions
- In a large skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sear each side of the pork tenderloin until just browned. Place tenderloins in a 5-qt. slow cooker, pour 3/4 cup vinaigrette over pork, turning to coat. Cook, covered, on low until meat is tender, 4-5 hours. Alternatively - if your slow cooker can sear - you can do it all in one pan!
- Remove pork, cool slightly. Using two forks, shred meat into bite-sized pieces, return to slow cooker. Stir in brown sugar and the remaining salad dressing. Cook, on low or simmer, covered until heated through, 20 minutes longer.
- Combine slaw ingredients. Serve pork on buns with slaw. Combine sriracha and mayonnaise for a sauce for the sandwiches.
- Combine ingredients in a jar and shake well to combine.
