Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked shrimp (if using large shrimp, cut into pieces)
- 8 oz cooked crabmeat (blue crab, snow crab, or king crab)
- Fustini’s Grapefruit Vinaigrette (recipe below)
- Sections from 2 ruby red grapefruits, supremed
- 1/2 cup Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 Bibb lettuce head
- 2 Tbsp sweet red pepper, finely diced
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Fustini’s Grapefruit balsamic
- 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
- honey
- salt and pepper

Directions
- Place shrimp and crabmeat in a bowl, then add several tablespoons of Fustini&rsquo,s Grapefruit Vinaigrette and fold together. Add grapefruit sections and Napa cabbage and fold together again. Cut the stem from the Bibb lettuce and spread on a serving plate. Spoon salad over the lettuce and garnish with red pepper.
- Combine all ingredients until emulsified. Chill until ready to use.
