Ingredients
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Fustini's Vinoso red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 smoked sausage, quartered
- 3 cups pineapple, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
- small red onion, cut into 1" pieces

- In a medium bowl, whisk to combine all sauce ingredients. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Build skewers by alternating hot dogs, pineapple, peppers, and red onion. Brush all over with sauce and place on preheated grill. Grill, flipping every couple minutes and basting with remaining sauce, until skewers are charred, about 6 to 8 minutes total.
Recipe Note
These are great to take to a picnic where they only need to be heated and charred before enjoying since the sausage is already cooked. For a kid option, use hot dogs! Adapted from delish.com
