This marinade has enough salt and acid to tenderize tougher cuts of beef, such as round steak, so don't fret if you can't find (or don't want to shell out for) sirloin.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
-
2 tablespoons Fustini’s Ginger and Honey balsamic
-
2 tablespoons Fustini’s Garlic olive oil
-
1 tablespoon Fustini’s Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb. beef sirloin, trimmed fat and cut into 1” cubes
- Sesame seed for garnish
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
- Cooked rice for serving (optional)
Directions
- Whisk the soy sauce, honey, garlic, balsamic, oils, ginger, salt, and pepper together. Reserve ¼ cup of marinade. Add the beef to the remaining marinade and allow to marinate 2-5 hours in the refrigerator.
