Spicy Asian Beef Skewers

- 1/4 cup Fustini's Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Cayenne Crush olive oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Fustini's Black Truffle balsamic
- 1/4 cup Fustini's Ginger and Honey balsamic
- 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3-4 pounds of sirloin
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 4 green scallions, chopped

- In a medium bowl, combine oils, soy sauce, balsamics, red chili flakes, salt and pepper. Reserve 1/2 cup of marinade. Add meat to the remaining mixture and marinate for 2-3 hours. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade. Thread meat onto skewers. Place on heated grill and cook 3 minutes on one side, using the remaining marinade to baste skewers, turning to cook another 2-3 minutes, basting skewers and cooking until reaches desired doneness. Remove from heat and allow to rest on the skewers. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions before serving.
