Spicy Feta Dip

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup roasted red peppers, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup of Farmstyle Sriracha or Sambal pepper
- ¼ cup of Fustini's Chipotle olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- ½ tablespoon of white pepper
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 2 1/2 pounds of domestic feta, crumbled
- chopped chives for garnish
- pita chips or crackers for serving

- Combine yogurt, red peppers, sriracha, olive oil, pepper and cream cheese in a food processor and puree. Add in feta and blend until smooth. Serve garnished with chives and with pita chips or crackers.
Recipe Note
If you wish to keep it more chunky, fold in feta instead of blending. Change up the heat by using Tunisian Harissa or Cayenne Crush olive oil. Adapted from Charlottemagazine.com
