Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Garlic olive oil
- 1 pound ground turkey
- kosher salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon Fustini's Tuscan Spice blend
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 28 ounces of marinara sauce
- 8 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 pound uncooked gnocchi
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
- fresh basil, for topping
- Fustini's 18 Year balsamic, for drizzling

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Heat a 12" oven-safe skillet over medium heat and olive oil and brown the ground meat. Season it with a big pinch of salt, pepper and seasoning. Break the meat apart until it is in small crumbles and browned. Stir in the garlic cloves. Stir in the marinara sauce and reduce the heat to low. Add the spinach and stir for a few minutes. Stir in the uncooked gnocchi. Top with the sliced mozzarella. Top with the parmesan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden and bubbly and melty. If desired, flip on the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes to get it extra bubble. Top with more parmesan, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic and serve!

This recipe is simple and easy to throw together for a weeknight crowd-pleaser. Incorporate some of your favorite veggies (broccoli, shredded carrots, etc) after the meat browns to sneak in more nutrition! Adapted from howsweeteats.com.
