- 2 heads of Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 fresh grapefruit, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 4 tablespoons Fustini’s Grapefruit balsamic
- 4 tablespoons Fustini’s Herbs De Provence olive oil
Directions
- In a large salad bowl, place lettuce, grapefruit and cranberries. Whisk together Fustini&rsquo,s Grapefruit Balsamic Vinegar and Fustini&rsquo,s Herbs De Provence Olive Oil and drizzle over the salad. Toss and serve.
