Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Fustini's 18 Year Traditional balsamic
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Garlic olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons Fustini's Tuscan Spice blend
- 4 (6 oz) beef sirloin or filet
- 1 large beefsteak tomato, sliced into 4 slices
- Kosher salt
- 4 slices of Mozzarella
- fresh basil leaves for serving

- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic, garlic, honey, olive oil, and spices. Pour over the steak and let marinate for 20 minutes. Season tomatoes with salt and pepper.
- Heat the grill to high. Drain steak from marinade and grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. When almost done, top each filet with a slice of tomato and a slice of cheese. Cover grill and heat until cheese becomes melty. Top with basil before serving.
