Strawberries with Lemon-Raspberry Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients
- 4 cups strawberries, cleaned and sliced (if berries are small) or chopped (if berries are large)
- 4 tsp Fustini’s Sicilian Lemon balsamic vinegar
- 4 tsp Fustini’s Raspberry balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 Cup whipping cream
- 2 tsp light or dark brown sugar

Directions
- Place sliced or chopped berries into a bowl and top with Fustini's Sicilian Lemon and Raspberry balsamics. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes to allow berries to macerate.
- Whip cream to soft peaks and add brown sugar and continue whipping until firm peaks form.
- Scoop berries into 4 glass wine goblets, reserving a small amount of glaze in the bowl. Top each with a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle with a few drops of the reserved glaze.
