Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Chipotle olive oil
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 15-oz. can black beans, rinsed
- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1 head romaine, chopped
- 1 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes

- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey, salt and seasonings. Cook, breaking up with the back of a wooden spoon or spatula, until deeply golden and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside and let cool 5 minutes.
- Among six mason jars, layer ground turkey, black beans, corn, romaine, cheese, and tomatoes.
Recipe Note
Great way to pack a picnic, just don't forget the chips and salsa!
