Ingredients
- 4 sheets of rice paper
- 1/4 cup carrots, shaved
- 1/4 cup cucumber, shaved
- 2 tablespoons lettuce, julienned
- 1 teaspoon basil, minced
- 1 teaspoon cilantro, minced
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons Mae Ploy Chili Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fustini’s Iron Fish Honey Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Fustini’s Sicilian Lemon Vinegar

Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce
Directions
- Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip rice paper in water for 5-10 seconds. Remove and spread out flat. Allow the papers to soften for about 30 seconds. On bottom third of rice paper place carrot, cucumbers, lettuce, basil, and cilantro and roll halfway up into a cylinder and fold in the sides. Keep rolling into a tight cylinder to seal tightly. Reserve cold for service.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve chilled.
