- 1 Pt Mascarpone Cheese
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Brandy
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Coffee
- 24 Ladyfingers
- 1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
- ¼ Cup Fustinis Espresso Bean Balsamic

- In a large bowl, mix together the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and brandy until well combined.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whip attachment, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture and set aside
- Working a few at a time, dip the ladyfingers in the coffee mixture then lay them in the bottom of the 8" pan. When one full layer is complete, spread half of the cheese mixture on top and smooth with a spatula. Then sift the cocoa powder to cover the cheese. Repeat step 4 one more time so there are two even layers. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Finish each slice with a drizzle of the espresso bean balsamic and serve.
