Tortellini Pesto Skewers

- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Pesto olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Vinoso vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon Fustini's Parmesan blend
- salt and pepper to taste
- 9 ounces fresh tortellini, cooked and cooled
- 8 ounces mozzarella balls, halved
- 8 slices thin salami
- 1/4 cup Fustini's Basil Pesto
- 16 skewers
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine oil, vinegar, spice blend, salt and pepper. Add cooked pasta and mozzarella balls, toss to coat. Skewer, starting with mozzarella half, then salami (folded into quarters) ending with 2 tortellini. Place on a serving platter, repeat until all skewers are filled and ingredients are used up. Brush skewers with Pesto before serving.
