Traverse City Cherry Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 large cucumber, chopped
- 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 large radishes, diced
- 6 fresh sweet cherries, halved or sliced (or 1/2 cup dried cherries)
- 1/2 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup fresh cherries, quartered
- 4 tablespoons Fustini's Traverse City Cherry balsamic
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Persian Lime olive oil
- 2 small garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- In a large bowl, toss all of the produce and chickpeas together and top with cheese. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
- Place ingredients in a mini food processor, blender, immersion blender or bowl and whisk. Mix until blended leaving the cherries still a little chunky.
