Turkey Broccoli with Rice Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Sesame oil, plus more for drizzling
- 1 lb ground turkey (ground chicken or beef also work)
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons Fustini's Ginger & Honey balsamic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Farmstyle sriracha
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 pkg (4 oz) thin rice noodles
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish
- green onion, sliced, for garnish

- In a large skillet add sesame oil with the ground meat. Cook over medium-high until the meat is almost done. Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Add 1/4 cup balsamic, soy sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar and sriracha. Combine well. Increase heat and bring to a boil for 1 minute. In a small bowl, combine the remaining balsamic with the corn starch to create a slurry. Add to mixture, combine. Reduce heat to simmer until thickenend.
- Meanwhile, bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add broccoli and blanch for 2 minutes. Remove from water with a slotted spoon into an ice bath. Bring water back to a boil. Once boiling, add noodles, turn off heat and allow noodles to cook (according to package directions).
- Remove noodles from the pot and place them in the center of a bowl. Add broccoli to one side and the meat mixture to the other side. Garnish with a drizzle of sesame oil and top with sesame seeds and green onion slices.
