- 1/2 cup Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's 18 Year balsamic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Fustini's Tuscan Spice blend
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- 2 teaspoon lemon zest
- rosemary sprig
- thyme sprig
- toasted ciabatta bread

Directions
- Place olive oil in a large serving bowl and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle the olive oil and vinegar combination with Tuscan Spice blend, pine nuts, and lemon zest. Garnish the oil with a sprig of rosemary and thyme and serve with toasted ciabatta on the side for dipping.
