- 6 walleye fillets, skinless, boneless
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoon Fustini’s Garlic olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper
- pinch paprika
- lemon wedges
- roasted garlic
- crusty bread

- Preheat broiler. Place fish on broiler pan. Melt butter with olive oil and lemon. Brush fish liberally with butter mixture then season with salt pepper and paprika. Broil fish for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked. Brush again with the butter mixture and serve with lemon wedges, roasted garlic and crusty bread.
