Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon Fustinis Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 2 teaspoon Fustinis Cara Cara Vanilla Balsamic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- avocado or grapeseed oil
- powdered sugar for garnish

Directions
- Beat eggs with blood orange oil in a medium bowl. Add flour, baking powder and sugar until just mixed.
- Add ricotta, Cara Cara vanilla balsamic and salt. Mix until combined, do not over mix. It should resemble thick waffle batter.
- Heat avocado or grapeseed oil to 375°, and drop ½, ounce scoops of batter into the oil. Fry until golden brown, remove and dust with powdered sugar.
