Beef Satay Skewers with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin, cubed
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Persian Lime olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Fustini's Ginger & Honey balsamic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 4 tablespoons Fustini's Ginger & Honey balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- pinch salt
- black pepper

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine meat, olive oil, balsamic, soy sauce, cilantro, salt and pepper. Marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove meat from bowl and thread on skewers, discard marinade. Cook on prepared grill for 4 minutes, turning once and 3-4 minutes on the other side, or until the desired doneness. Remove from heat and serve with Peanut Sauce.
- Mix all ingredients together and adjust the seasoning.
