Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Basil Crush olive oil, plus more for greasing
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons goat cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup assorted bell peppers sliced
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Iron Fish Honey Vinegar
- 1/2 pound ground pork, cooked
- 8 oz Mozzarella/Swiss Cheese
- green onion, chopped, for garnish

- Preheat the oven to 400. Brush olive oil over the surface of the crust. Par-bake in prepared oven 5-7 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a sauté, pan. Add onions and sauté, for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add pepper and continue cooking an additional 4 minutes. Turn off heat and deglaze the pan with the Iron Fish Honey vinegar. Remove from pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and goat cheese. Add salt and pepper and whisk until combined. Add to the same pan as the onions/peppers and cook eggs until just set.
- Removed par-cooked crust from oven. Top with sausage, onions/peppers, eggs and cheese. Return to the oven for 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Remove from oven, garnish with green onion and serve.
