Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 stalk lemongrass, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Ginger Crush olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Fustini's Sesame Seed oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Ginger & Honey balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- pinch chili flakes
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breast - skinless, boneless, cut into 3 by 1/2 inch strips
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 4 tablespoons Fustini's Ginger & Honey balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- pinch salt
- black pepper
Marinade

Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and adjust the seasoning.
- Combine all but the chicken and mix well. Place the chicken into the marinade and gently rub to coat. Let marinate overnight. Skewer each chicken strip individually, creating a wavy pattern of chicken on the skewer. Grill the chicken until slightly charred and fully cooked. Serve immediately with sauce.
