Ingredients
- 1 pound bowtie pasta, cooked al dente
- 12 ounces diced cubed turkey or chicken
- 3 ounces dried cherries
- 1/2 cup medium onion, diced
- 1 cup medium celery, diced
- 1/2 cup toasted cashews
- 2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 cup Fustini's Champagne vinegar
- 2 cups mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Harwood Gold Horseradish Mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Make the vinaigrette: Whisk sugar and vinegar in a bowl. Add additional ingredients and whisk until combined.
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss with vinaigrette.
