Fruit Brie Tart

Ingredients
- A crust of choice (pizza, pie, puff pastry)
- 8-12 oz Brie cheese, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 3/4 cup blackberries
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Traverse City Cherry balsamic
- fresh basil chopped
- Fustini's Riserva balsamic for drizzle

Directions
- Prepare dough/crust according to package directions. Cook in a 400-degree F preheated oven or over a grill preheated to high heat.
- Add blackberries and balsamic to a bowl and lightly mash. Set aside to macerate slightly.
- When the crust is almost done, add sliced Brie and return to the heat to get melty for 5-8 minutes (depending on the heat source). Remove from heat and decorate with berries as desired. Garnish with basil and a drizzle of balsamic.
Recipe Note
if using pizza crust - try cooking it on the grill and melt the cheese on the grill as well. You can make individual-sized tarts and use your favorite berries. Adapted from halfbakedharvest.com
