1 ripe avocado

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 slices sourdough bread (or other good crusty bread)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (from about half a lime)

Pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon Meyer Lemon olive oil

Pyramid Flake sea salt

Riserva balsamic, to drizzle
Directions
Lightly brush both sides of sourdough with olive oil and place on a grill at medium-high heat or pre-heated grill pan. Grill, flipping once, until bread has reached desired doneness.
Combine avocado, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and 1 tablespoon lime juice in a medium bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Top each slice of grilled sourdough with ¼ of the avocado mixture and a few cherry tomato halves. Top with chives, Pyramid Flake salt, and a drizzle of Riserva to complete the dish.
