Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups warm water
- 2 ½ teaspoons dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar

1 ½ teaspoon Fustini's Pyramid Flake salt

1 tablespoon Fustini's Rosemary olive oil
- 3+ cups flour
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine water, sugar, salt and yeast. Let rest until yeast becomes foamy. Add olive oil and flour, 1 cup at a time, until dough is shaggy. Turn out onto a floured surface. Knead until smooth ball forms (about 5 minutes). Return to the oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and a towel and let rest until dough doubles in size (about an hour).
- When ready, turn out dough onto a floured surface. Kneed an additional 2-3 minutes. Divide dough into 3 or 4 pieces. Press or roll the dough out into ¼, inch rounds. Brush 1 side with olive oil and place on medium heat grill. While one side is grilling, brush side facing up with olive oil. Flip after grill marks appear. Remove from heat. Top with desired toppings.
Recipe Note
Use a Fustini's olive oil of choice. Topping suggestions are oil and fresh herbs, grilled vegetables, use with hummus or any kind of dip.
