Shrimp Cream Cheese Wonton Cups

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Sesame oil, plus more for greasing tins
- 12 wonton wrappers (for standard muffin tin or 24 for mini muffin tin)
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Fustini's Ginger & Honey balsamic
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups tiny shrimp, or cut up cooked shrimp
- scallions, sliced for garnish
- sweet & sour sauce for dipping

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush wrappers with Sesame oil and insert, the oil side down into the muffin tins to form cups. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Make the filling by combining cream cheese, sour cream, balsamic, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix well to eliminate any cream cheese clumps. Fold in shrimp.
- Remove the muffin tin from the oven and equally distribute the filling among the cups (either 12 or 24). Return to the oven and bake until golden brown. 8-10 minutes, depending on cup size. Garnish with scallions and serve with sauce.
Recipe Note
For more heat, substitute Aji Verde Crush olive oil for some of the Sesame oil.
