This vinegar has become a brunch favorite and a creative addition to roasting salmon, Brussels sprouts or other fall root vegetables. A sweet and warm balsamic that is superb on waffles, pork chops, and pancakes, it is also a delicious accompaniment to fruit, Greek yogurt, and ice cream.
OIL PAIRINGS: Butter olive oil, Blood Orange olive oil, Chipotle olive oil, Gremolata olive oil, Garlic olive oil, Walnut oil, or any SELECT olive oil
IDEAS
- Reduce for a glaze to drizzle on bacon, pork, or poultry.
- Combine with Blood Orange olive oil for a fantastic spinach vinaigrette.
- Combine with Chipotle olive oil and Dijon mustard to use as a glaze for chicken, meat, or salmon.
- Add to baked beans or BBQ sauce.
- Grill kabobs using shrimp or scallops, pineapple or peaches, brushed with Maple balsamic.
