This balsamic was artfully crafted with the highest amount of Italian grape must deemed necessary to balance out this vinegar’s 6% acidity. The result is a well-balanced, rich, sharp, and velvety-smooth balsamic that is more acidic than our 18 Year Traditional style balsamic. Use it to add some zip to soups and sauces, leafy greens, salads, pasta, meat, fish, vegetables, and hard cheeses.
OIL PAIRINGS: Basil Crush olive oil, Garlic olive oil, Herbs de Provence olive oil, Rosemary olive oil, Sage & Wild Mushroom olive oil, Tuscan Herb olive oil, and any SELECT olive oil
IDEAS:
- Combine with Sage & Wild Mushroom olive oil as a marinade for meat.
- Combine with Basil Crush or Garlic olive oil, then drizzle over roasted root vegetables.
- Reduce to drizzle on warm apple crisp topped with vanilla ice cream.
- Combine with Garlic olive oil or Roasted Walnut oil for a salad dressing.
- Reduce and use as a glaze for meat.
- Drizzle over baked brie.
