Artichoke Parmesan Spread

This spread has all the sweet nutty flavor of California-grown artichokes and creamy Parmesan cheese. A great addition to have on hand for entertaining. Spread on warm bread with balsamic and tomatoes. Add to a Greek salad, burgers, sandwiches, baked or roasted potatoes. Create a quick dip by adding cream cheese.
