This classic olive oil cake is a moist, tender cake that could not be easier to make. Add your favorite olive oil, milk and eggs and bake in a springform pan to enjoy the aroma and flavors of classic Italian olive oil cake. Serve with fruit and powdered sugar for your new favorite dessert.
You will need wax or parchment paper, 1 cup of olive oil, 3 large eggs, 1 1/4 cup milk, and a 9 or 10" springform pan.
