Author: Submitted by Denise WalburgIngredients
- 1 package of refrigerated flatbread
-
2-3 tablespoons Fig and Maple Paste
-
2 tablespoons Fustini's Fig Balsamic
- fresh summer peaches
-
Fustini's Basil Crush olive oil
- fresh basil
- bacon, just undercooked and cut into 1" pieces, or prosciutto
- 4 ounces cheese (Brie, fresh Mozzarella, Provolone, Fontina)
Directions
In a small bowl combine Fig Paste with Fustini's Fig balsamic until it becomes a spreadable mixture.
Cut peaches into wedges, brush both sides with olive oil and grill on medium-high heat on both sides until nice grill marks appear.
Preheat oven to 425 (or keep the grill on). Roll out the flatbread and spread with fig mixture. Assemble your flatbread by placing sliced cheese wedges, grilled peaches, bacon, and fresh basil on top of the spread fig mixture. Grill or cook in oven for 8-14 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
